JOHN J. STRACCAMORE, CPA 

John has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting and private industry. His practice focuses on providing accounting and auditing, tax planning and compliance, as well as management advisory services, to privately held businesses in a variety of industries. 

As a member of Bederson and Company’s team for over ten years, John has worked with and attained specialized knowledge in such industries as wholesalers/retailers, construction, not-for-profit, securities and commodities broker/dealers,  franchises, as well as, transportation and distribution. 

Prior to joining Bederson & Company, John was an administrator for a government agency.  John’s responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis, negotiating contracts and interacting with independent auditors. This experience gave John the ability to understand and advise his clients on the financial and administrative aspects of their business. 

John graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting.  He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). 

John resides in Verona and enjoys spending time coaching a local athletic team.
