Fred S. Dear, CPA

With a diversified background that includes experience with professional service, real estate, retail and wholesale businesses, Fred offers clients assistance in tax planning, financial planning, accounting and auditing. In his 35 years as an accounting specialist, he has negotiated the purchase and sale of many businesses.

An expert on financial services for the travel industry, Fred has written a book on accounting for travel agencies. Fred's other specialization is the restaurant industry. He currently handles accounting for many of New York's leading restaurants.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey, New York and Florida, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey and New York Societies of CPAs.

He also belongs to the advisory board of Independence Community Bank and he serves as vice president of finance for a local country club.
