Jules
has over 30 years of valued experience in the areas of business
valuation, financial consulting and estate planning. He has
served numerous clients in trustee and executor capacities.
Jules
has extensive experience in negotiating purchases and sales
of businesses. In addition, his business and accounting experience
provides clients with a unique insight into merger and acquisition
transactions.
While
performing his responsibilities at Bederson & Company,
Jules has also found time to serve as an active volunteer
in various community service projects. He has served as a
trustee of the American Civil Liberties Union and has been
appointed to the New Jersey Committee for the Preservation
of Traditional Arts. He is also a past director and former
treasurer of the Sing Out! Foundation.
