Timothy J. King, CPA, CFE

Highly regarded in various areas of Litigation Services, Tim oversees the firm's department that specializes in bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, forensic accounting and litigation support. He has been personally involved with more than 1,000 bankruptcy cases and other litigation.

A recognized expert in the field of bankruptcy, Tim has been a speaker for many organizations, including the New Jersey Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and AGN, an international affiliation of accounting firms. He also served on a committee to evaluate the Role of the Examiner in the District of New Jersey and currently serves as an Examiner in the District.

As a licensed Certified Fraud Examiner, Tim has testified as an Expert Witness in more than 50 cases, in depositions and in U.S. district courts as well as several other bankruptcy and state courts. Previously, Tim had extensive experience in forensic accounting in the internal audit department of two Fortune 500 corporations.
