Jim serves as chairman of the Firm’s Accounting and Auditing Quality Control Committee. He has expertise providing privately held manufacturing and distribution companies with auditing, accounting and tax services. Jim also performs significant auditing and tax services to non-profit entities, employee benefit plans and asbestos settlement trusts. He has performed numerous peer reviews of other CPA firms in the past few years as both a team member and review team captain. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
As a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), Jim has served on the Accounting and Auditing Committee and Scholarship Committees. He served as an officer (including President) with the Passaic County Chapter of the NJSCPA. He also served as an elected member of his local board of education for eleven years. Additionally, he is a board member of the New York City non-profit organization National Development & Research Institute and is active in the Lion’s Club.
Jim graduated Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
