Jules has over 50 years of valued experience in the areas of business valuation, financial consulting and estate planning. He has served numerous clients in trustee and executor capacities.
Jules has extensive experience in negotiating purchases and sales of businesses. In addition, his business and accounting experience provides clients with a unique insight into merger and acquisition transactions.
Jules has served as a trustee of the American Civil Liberties Union and has been appointed to the New Jersey Committee for the Preservation of Traditional Arts. He served as an active volunteer in numerous community service projects and as Director and Treasurer of the Sing Out! Foundation.
Jules has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University and is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey.
