Bob has over 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting, auditing and tax planning including collection matters, IRS and State Tax Audits. He has significant experience advising closely held businesses and is a trained mediator renowned for his knowledge, ability and diplomacy in business and divorce mediation. Bob’s practice specializes in restaurants, bakeries, construction, apartment dwellings, auto dealerships, finance companies, leasing companies, medical and legal practices.
Bob has extensive experience working with restaurant owners on inventory control, planning, budgeting and negotiations. He is the firm’s New Jersey Restaurant Association representative and chairs the firm’s hospitality group. He is an active member of the New Jersey and New York Society of CPA’s and the AICPA. He is the founder of Diamond Leasing Co., LLC, a national leasing company specializing in vehicle and equipment leasing at competitive rates. Bob has a B.S in accounting from Alfred University.

Partner, Bob Fischbein served as a panelist on January 9th at the New York State Bar Association Committee on Lawyers in Transition program titled, “Tax Issues Facing Lawyers in Transition.” The program was held at Arent Fox LLP in New York City and was webcast. The event was organized to assist lawyers in transition with accounting and tax questions as they assume new employment status.
