Tim is responsible for the day to day management of Bederson’s Tax Department, the coordination of professional education programs, and firm-wide communication of all tax developments. He oversees the facilitation of quality tax preparation and review standards for all tax returns, and researches complex tax issues.

Tim has significant experience dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and state tax departments. He is well-practiced in resolving tax notices, tax and compliance audits and penalty assessments.
